He hold a strong academic background with Masters in Mathematics and EPM (Educational Planning and Management), which have provided him with both subject expertise and leadership insight into the dynamics of modern education. Despite this, he has good number of certifications in CBT, NLP, Mindset Development and Life Coaching. With over 34 years of dedicated service in the field of education, he has had the privilege of serving in multiple key roles that have enriched his professional journey and broadened his understanding of school administration and student development.

He began his career as a Mathematics Teacher, initially in Garrison Academy for Boys Lahore from 1991-96 and then since August 1996, he has been serving in FFC.

He has developed a passion for nurturing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. Over the years, he assumed diverse responsibilities, including Discipline In-charge, Timetable Planner, Safety Captain, and Sports Co-ordinator, through which he has contributed towards building a safe, disciplined, and holistic learning environment. As the Controller of Examinations, he ensured fairness, transparency, and efficiency in assessment systems, while his 12-year tenure as Subject Head of Mathematics allowed him to lead curriculum development, mentoring, and instructional improvement initiatives.

Currently serving as Vice Principal, he continues to uphold academic excellence, staff collaboration, and students’ welfare as his core priorities. His career reflects a blend of teaching expertise, administrative competence, and a deep commitment to fostering a positive school culture that empowers both teachers and learners to reach their fullest potentials.

Promoted as Assistant Vice Principal on 1 May 2025, he presently oversees the Cambridge Section, ensuring excellence in academics, administration, and communication with parents. During his tenure, he has served in several key academic and administrative capacities, including House Master, Coordinator Examinations, Coordinator Timetables, Coordinator Cambridge Examinations, Coordinator Co-Curricular Activities, and Coordinator School Management System (EduSuite). Before joining FFC Grammar, Mr. Ejaz served at Chenab College Jhang as Supervisor/Deputy Headmaster and Acting Vice Principal, where he contributed significantly to academic planning, timetable management, and digital school operations. He possesses strong expertise in curriculum design, digital school management, teacher mentoring, and institutional leadership. Before joining FGHSS-BS, Mr. Iqbal began his professional journey at Iqra Girls Degree College, where he served as Head of the English Department and taught B.A., B.Sc., F.A., and F.Sc. classes for three years. At FGHSS-BS, he continues to demonstrate excellence in curriculum development, academic coordination, and leadership. Beyond teaching, he has rendered valuable services as House In-charge of Sir Syed House, Overall Coordinator of the school magazine The Sonian, and an active member of the Proctorial Board.

Since May 2009, Ms. Waheed has served as the In-Charge of the Junior School at FGHSS (Board Stream). In this central leadership role, she efficiently manages all academic and co-curricular operations spanning from Montessori to Class 5. Her responsibilities include overseeing school functions, internal events, and major programs, demonstrating her strong administrative and event management skills.

Furthermore, Ms. Waheed is actively leading the implementation of the IB PYP (Primary Years Programme) Framework. Recently, he received an award from the Chief Minister Punjab on the nomination of the position holder in Board Exam, Anzal Hameed, as his Favourite Teacher.

Mr. Azizullah is a seasoned Mathematics educator with over 28 years of distinguished service across both national and international curricula. He holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics (1996) and a B.Ed. (1997) from Government College University, Faisalabad.

He began his career at Army Public School in 1997, where he achieved the remarkable feat of having no student fail Mathematics under his instruction. In 2000, he joined FFC Grammar School, Goth Machhi, and spent 14 years teaching Primary, O Level, and Additional Mathematics, setting exceptional benchmarks. His 2014 O Level class achieved outstanding results, including two international distinctions, and he consistently contributed to co-curricular activities.

Since 2015, Mr. Azizullah has served at FFC Grammar School, Board Campus, where he is the Head of Mathematics Department and In-Charge of the Mathematics Society. His first matriculation batch in 2018 achieved an average score of 91.7%. His core strengths include expertise in both O Level and Matric syllabi, proven excellence in results, and strong academic and disciplinary leadership. Ms. Fauzia Mehmood holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wah Cantt, a B.Ed from PAF Academy Chaklala, and a Master’s degree in Islamiat. She began her teaching career with 5 years of experience in F.G. Schools Wah Cantt before dedicating 28 years to teaching Urdu at FFC Model School.

Known for consistently producing excellent academic results, Ms. Mehmood has also been actively involved in literary activities throughout her career. She has served as the Assembly In-Charge for the past 10 years, skillfully managing and presenting morning assemblies for students from KG to Grade 4. Additionally, she plays a vital role as a member of the school management system, contributing to the smooth functioning of the institution.

He is currently serving as an IT Teacher and IN-CHARGE OF IT SECTION / LAB at FFC Grammar Higher Secondary School, where he teaches Computer Science to SSC classes and leads the Computer Science Department. He also actively contributes to sports and student development as Officer In-Charge of Sports (Boys).

He has played a key role in institutional growth by designing and composing the School Magazine “The SONIAN” for the last 20 years, leading the AI & Robotics Society, and conducting digital literacy initiatives for teachers and students.

Previously, he served at Beaconhouse School System for 3.5 years, where he established two computer labs (Sadiqabad & Sukkur campuses), trained teachers in technology integration, and completed key professional development programs, contributing significantly to digital learning enhancement.

Holding M.A. degrees in English and Urdu and a B.Ed, Mr. Khan combines strong academic grounding with practical teaching skill. At FGHSS (BS) he has taught English, Urdu and Islamiat, served as House In-charge for both Jinnah and Iqbal Houses, acted as Library In-charge at FMS, and contributed to co-curricular life as a member of the Management Club and the editorial board of the school magazine The Sonian.

Educator and Urdu Literature Scholar

Mr. Ali Imran Naqvi is a distinguished scholar and educator with a Master’s degree in Urdu Literature and Iqbaliat from Islamia University, earned in 1998. He began his professional career as a Staff Correspondent at Online International News Agency, Islamabad, while simultaneously lecturing in Urdu at Christ Church College of Commerce and Computer Sciences.

In December 1999, Mr. Naqvi joined Multan Public School and Colleges as a Lecturer and House Master of Jinnah Hall, a position he held until August 2004. During this time, he also contributed as a Program Manager and voice artist at Radio Pakistan and edited the literary page of the prominent Nawa-i-Waqt newspaper.

Mr. Naqvi’s career includes significant roles with Punjab and Federal Public Service Commissions, and he played an important part in the transformation of Sindh Madressa-tul-Islam into a university. From 2013 onwards, he served as Professor of Urdu with the Pakistan Navy before joining the FFC Education Society, where he continues his committed service to the field of education.
